WHY SHOULD YOU WORK AT HIDDEN FALLS RANCH?
There are almost too many reasons to list about why you should work at summer camp! As a member of our staff, you'll learn and build skills that look awesome on a resumé. You’ll develop leadership skills, practice working as a team, and have opportunities to grow in the areas of responsibility and adaptability. It’s nearly impossible to work at a summer camp without developing friendships that will last a lifetime. Ask anyone who has worked here for even just one summer and they’ll tell you about the incredible friendships they have from working at camp. Your summer at camp will also help you deepen your faith in Jesus as you walk with Him and show His love to campers every week. Available Summer Staff Positions
Please note that you will be a counselor as you work an activity - we do not offer any activity only positions, except for a couple of leadership roles. For part of the day, you will work your activity, and the other part of your day is spent taking your cabin to activities.
SUMMER 2025 STAFF DATES
RAPPELLING TRAINING: MAY 29 - 30 (REQUIRED FOR WALL STAFF)
LEADERSHIP TRAINING: MAY 27 - 28 (REQUIRED FOR LEADERSHIP)
STAFF TRAINING: JUNE 1 - 6
SUMMER 1:
WEEK 1: JUNE 8 - 13
WEEK 2: JUNE 15 - 20
WEEK 3: JUNE 22 - JUNE 27
SUMMER 2:
WEEK 4: JULY 6 - 11
WEEK 5: JULY 13 - 18
WEEK 6: JULY 20 - 25
Staff spends the night at camp the last day of camp (July 25th) to finish out the summer with fellowship. The following morning, all of the staff helps clean up camp and then you are dismissed once cleaning is completed, sometime in the afternoon. This is a required work day for all staff.
BONUS
Staff that choose to work the full summer (summers 1 & 2) will receive a $300 bonus at the end of the summer. This bonus structure applies to those who choose the full summer option only. Each day missed can dock you 25% from your bonus, per the discretion of the Executive Director.
